Biome, a progressive and sustainably-minded tree service, has a career opportunity in the field of Urban Forestry as a Community Arborist - Sales Representative. Biome is a leading Twin Cities tree service company, providing residential-commercial tree care, tree health diagnostics, commercial landscape maintenance and urban forestry consulting, throughout the Twin Cities.

JOB DUTIES AS A COMMUNITY ARBORIST

•Sales of Arboricultural Services to residential and commercial customers
•Creating and building relationships with existing and new clients
•Must be knowledgeable and experienced with tree care, hazard tree evaluation, integrated pest management and industry approved tree care practices
•Estimating time/cost for crews to perform tree removal, pruning, cabling, and all other arboricultural services
•Key priority is proposing and developing sales to existing clients and cultivation of new customers in the territory

QUALIFICATIONS

•Seeking arborist/horticulturist with preferably 3-5 years of sales experience in arboricultural or landscape services
•Plant identification skills
•ISA Certification is a plus, but not necessary
•Excellent sales and communication skills
•Good people skills; self-motivated; computer proficient and organized
