Phil started formed this team to serve his community. He is a Certified Arborist and earned a B.S. in Forest Resources from the University of Minnesota. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and triathlons.

As our field supervisor, Eli is trusted to make the next decision on an array of different production and big picture items on a daily basis at Biome. His extensive field knowledge, can do attitude, and careful thinking, make him an all around leader for our teams.
